Welcome to Heart & Dough. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms:

Privacy Policy

• We only collect data (name, email, address) that is necessary to process your order and deliver your rolls.
• Your payment details are processed securely by third-party gateways (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
• We will never sell your personal information to external marketers.

Orders & Payments:

• All prices are in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be completed at checkout using our available payment methods.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
• The Gift Voucher is valid for purchasing products on our website only and cannot be exchanged for cash or bank transfer.

Product Availability:

• Our rolls are handmade and may be limited in quantity.
• We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if a product is unavailable.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
• Delivery Days: We deliver Fridays to Sundays between 11:30am to 2:00pm.
• Coverage Area: We deliver within a 30 Km radius of the Southern River. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm.
• Delivery Responsibility: Due to the fresh nature of the product, please ensure someone is available to receive your order. Unattended deliveries are left at your own risk.
• Delivery Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your distance.

Returns & Refunds:

• Refunds & Quality Guarantee: No Returns for Change of Mind, as our rolls are perishable, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.
• Full Refunds & Returns Policy: If your rolls arrive damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
• How to Claim: You must contact us within 3 hours of delivery at heartanddough.au@gmail.com and include clear photos of the issue.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order, as we start preparation quickly.

Use of Products:

• All rolls are intended for immediate consumption. Improper storage may affect quality.
• Heart & Dough is not liable for any misuse of products.

Intellectual Property:

• All website content including text, images, logos, and designs are property of Heart & Dough.
• Reproduction, distribution, or use of content without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability:

• Heart & Dough is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or products.

Changes to Terms:

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
